1). N = H.C.F. of (4665 – 1305), (6905 – 4665) and (6905 – 1305)
= H.C.F. of 3360, 2240 and 560 = 1120
Required sum = 1+1+1+2+0 = 4
2). No. of rows = √5184 = 72
3). Violet portion of rod
= 1- (1/10+1/20+1/30+1/40+1/50+1/60)
=1- 1/10(60+30+20+15+12+10)/60)
=1 - 1/10 × 137/60 = 1 - 137/600 = 463/600
463/60=12.08
Length of the rod= 12.08 × 600/463
=16 m
4).Let one number = x
Another number =    9375/x
Where 9375/x >x
According to question
9375/x × 1/x = 15 or, x2 = 9375/15 = 625
x = √625 = 25
Other number = 9375/25=375
Required sum = 375 + 25 = 400
5). 1800 = 2×2×2×3×3×5×5
To make it perfect cube it must be multiplied by 3 × 5 I.e . 15
Required sum = 1+5=6
6). Let the required number = 4a and 4b
4a+4b=36
Or, a+b=9
Now, two co-primes with sum 9 are

Number with sum 36 and H.C.F. 4 are
(4×1, 4×8), (4×2,4×7)

7). Let present age of the man = x yrs.
According to question
(x+3) ×3-3(x-3)=x
Or, 3x+9-3x+9=x
x=18 yrs.
8). Let the two-digit number = 10x +y According to question
10x +y = 5(x+y)
Or, 10x + y= 5x +5y
Or, 5x-4y=0
And 10x+y+9=10y+x
Or, 10x+y+9-10y-x=0
Or, 9x-9y=-9
Or, x-y=-1
Solving equations (1) and (2), we get x
=4 and y=5.
Sum of digits = 4+5=9
9). Volume of pipe
=22/7× (4)2×21-22/7× (3)2×21
=66(42-32)= 66×7=463 cm2
Weight of the pipe = 462×8
